Norton Disney Parish Council is made up of 5 elected members - comprising the Chair and Vice-Chair, who are elected by the councillors themselves and 3 other members. They work for the benefit of the community and are all residents of the Parish. The Parish Council is fully accountable and subject to national audit rules and regulations with elections being held every 4 years.
The Clerk to the Parish Council works part time in the role.
Norton DIsney Parish Council meetings are held on the third Monday of every other month unless confirmed otherwise and the Annual Parish Meeting is held in May. The meetings are held in the Village Hall commencing at 7:30pm with residents being encouraged to attend and air their views on local issues affecting parish life.
